Is there a huge difference? I know the Geddy would be a better bass with an extremely thin neck. So is it worth selling a standard MIM Jazz bass? I am extremely happy with my MIM Jazz as it is.
If you're happy with your MIM Jazz, the don't sell it.
The MIM Geddys now have a thicker profiled neck but still the same skinny nut. I think it's 1.5" but somehow it feels skinnier. The neck, like I said, now have a thicker profiled neck.
The only other differences are the pickups and their spacing, bridge, and the black markers and binding on the necks.
Not worth upgrading if you have a solid MIM Jazz that you're content with.
