Genz-Benz Neo-Pak 3.5 issues

As the title says, my Neo-Pak 3.5 now has an issue.
Backstory is this, I bought it about 5 years ago. Always played into the Genz-Benz 2x12 neo. It has seen minimal use since I have had it. I have turned on about 10 times. The tube is a new Groove Tube 12ax7 and has less than 2 hours on it. The amp was last used two weeks ago and worked fine, not one issue.
Turn it on today, the protect light comes on like it always does, but this time it does not go off after 3 or 4 seconds. I have no idea why, but it has me stumped. I mean, it's in almost perfect shape and out of nowhere, it just decided to no longer work. Crazy, huh?
Anyone know what to to next except to send it to @agedhorse? I really don't want to leave it turned on unless it's safe to troubleshoot.

I had a problem with my NeoPak last year. The good Dr. Old Equine fixed it as good as new for a very reasonable price and I had it back within the week that I sent it out. He is your best option, by far. Good luck.
