I have an older GB410T-XB (with the front ports) and was wondering if I can get a replacement panel that has speakons?

DW, you could probably pull your back panel, and remove the 1/4" jobs, and drill out for the speak-ons.
The jacks are mounted on the reverse of the back panel,
but not mounted to the circuit board that sits on 6 stand-offs behind it.
They're parallel and wired to each other using solid wire.
I think GB recommends using speak-ons for anything over 400w, and all their cabs come with them now.

I'll just straight wire it until I get the proper parts or XO.
