Genzler cab question

I'm considering revamping my bass rig...again. I'm wondering how efficient the Genzler cabs are. I'm going to use my Alessandro Basset Hound as the amp. I just love the tube sound. I'm wondering if 60 watts will be enough to push the cab enough to fill a 250 seat bar/night club? I play in a mostly country music band and think the dispersion pattern will enable my bandmates to hear me better. I'm using a Hartke LH1000 with a Hartke 4x10 HyDrive cab. This set up is certainly loud enough but I'm really not satisfied with the sound. Too "boomy" even with the LH1000's bass completely rolled off. I also would like some recommendations as to which Genzler cab would be best for me. I really like the tilt concept. Would a 2x10 bass array or a single 12" bass array be better? I'm not looking for a whole lot of bottom end but more of a "even across the board" frequency response.

I can't tell you whether a single cab would be loud enough with that head. I'd guess not. With your Hartke head, it might be, depending on how loud the band is. The dispersion does allow you to play a little lower in volume and still be heard everywhere.

I use a single BA12-3 and find that with a medium volume pop band or a lower volume church band it is enough for me with my Genzler 800 head (400 watts into the single cab). The bottom end of the BA12-3 is tight and big. It replaced an Acme B2 which I found to be too pillowy in the bottom. The Genzler fixed that in spades plus gave me a more vocal midrange and very smooth trebles. I love this cab.

From folk who have both the 210 and the 112, I understand the 112 has a rounder and slightly bigger bottom end while the 210 is punchier and a little more efficient.

I also have one of the 110-2 cabs. It is really cool for what it is but would never cover your needs. Two of them, perhaps... Compared to the 112-3, it is brighter and punchier with less bottom end and with only 110, obviously not as loud.
