Getting a Korg Pitchblack tuner onto a pedalboard

Hi guys,

I want to get my Korg Pitchblack tuner onto my pedalboard using velcro but the pedal has 2 rather big pieces of padding underneath it that doesn't seem to come of lightly.

How did you get your Korg Pitchblack tuner onto your pedalboard? Did you remove the padding anyway or did you work your way around it?

You can take it off by grabbing it and using some finger power.
I did that when I had a pitchblack.

Is there any bare metal (or plastic) on the underside? If so, consider using 3M DualLock instead of velcro. The stuff has a fairly high profile and may lock without necessitating the removal of any padding. I have some pre-cut tabs I can send you.

It might sound a bit of a pain, but I made separate metal bases when I used to use velcro, or you could even make it out of wood. This way the original base remians unaffected, should you stop using velcro or resell it. Some places sell replacement bottom plates also.
