Getting a new amp, opinions greatly appreciated! Mesa/Ampeg

I've decided that I am going to be going with either Mesa or Ampeg..

Possibilities for heads I have been looking at are the SVT-450H or anything else from the SVT Pro series heads... the main thing in particular with Ampeg heads is I really would like to know what are some of the main differences with say an SVT-450H and an SVT-3PRO and even the SVT-7PRO which are all in the same price range?
The only head from Mesa I am considering is the M6 Carbine.

As with cabinets I am undecided if I should go for 6x10s for ease of transport etc or go all out with 8x10s, lol.
Both either Mesa or Ampeg..

Just at the moment however I am leaning towards on getting an SVT-450H and putting it onto of a Mesa 6x10 Powerhouse Cabinet..

If it helps I play an LTD-Surveyor 400 and I run a Boss-ODB3 Overdrive and NS-2 Noise Surpressor... I like going for a real dirty, ballsy yet clicky and punchy sound. Haha.

tl;dr
Opinions on an SVT-450H on a Mesa 6x10 Powerhouse Cab or other Ampeg, Mesa and Ampeg/Mesa rigs. Haha (:

i'd get anything by ampeg except the 450h, quite honestly. not one of my favorites. if you have to get one, the b2re is the same amp in rack form and a lot cheaper. but if you can, pass on it. all the other ampegs and the carbine are better amps. no opinion otherwise. not familiar with the carbines.
