I recorded some samples and will be uploading them later today!
Here's the sound clips:
I'm really liking the 1st clip. Sounds like what I would be doing with it. Maybe more of my tone coming through.
What are the dimensions of the pedal?
The first clip? Or the second clip, the first one with the fuzz? Because the very first clip is clean.
Then the 2nd clip
It sounds great!
What would it take to add a blend control to the WM clone you made me?
$40 and a trip back to me, lol
Guyyyssss, my Fuzz Trooper (Wooly Mammoth clone with blend and push/relax knobs) is on the way!
Are there any special requests for tests you would like me to do? I know a few of you have already shown interest in this particular pedal setup. I will make sure to add information on any questions asked into the review I write!
While we wait for Sammywalk's review, I finished an optical compressor board tonight (the claptrap pedal) and thought I'd share a few pics!
Here's my bass fuzz board, it's being revised right now, but I'm happy with how this design came out!
I'm looking for some kind of compressor.
Send me a PM!
Here's the revised bass fuzz board:
I'll be messaging you soon about the Fuzz Trooper. My Wife's B Day has bankrupted the entertainment fund
I've been busy so it's been hard to get around to writing a review. But it will be here eventually!
Let me just say though, the blend knob is amazing. If people knew this pedal existed, nobody would buy the standard Wooly Mammoth. Plus, its less than half the price!
+1!!!!! This one ain't gonna happen my friends.....
I think I've made the decision to not use veroboard anymore. I'll do strip board or custom projects, but I should be ordering PCB's for my bass fuzz this week!
Can you make a clone of the octave section of the BMS? Those are my favorite octaves both up and down.
My site is live! I still havent posted pictures of pedals on their pages, and we're working on some tweaking, but the functionality is there!
Head on over to mcneesmusic.com and if it asks for a password to get in, it's mcnees.
Thanks again for all of the support I've received from the TB community over the past several months!
