What's the tension like on these?

Witness points set- both saddle and nut? I also make sure there's no bow where the string comes off the tuning peg.
I bought a set of these for my Sadowsky NYC 5 to try to tame the fret clank from that bass. I love the E-G strings, but I could never get the B string to sustain normally when fretted. Love the tone of the strings but have to use a different B string to get any sustain. Tried 3 different pressurewound B strings (sent from the factory) but pretty much the same problem with each of them, to varying degrees. Kinda surprised nobody else has that issue. The bass is only a year old and is in factory condition and specs. Any suggestions?
Hmm. Pressurewound. Could it be that in winding the flattened wrap wire the wrapping machine counts revolutions instead of absolute length, and there is just enough extra width in each wrap that when you add it all up together over the length of a string, it is the extra 1/4 inch?Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: For some reason, the Pressurewounds actually have a 36.75" winding length as compared to the Standard Long Scale Boomers, that have a 36.5" winding length. No idea why the extra 1/4", but it's there.
Have you tried a Progressive B string?
