Gibson Grabber Neck Replacement.

Hey everyone,
So I just bought a Gibson Grabber body on eBay, and I need a neck to go with it. There's only one problem, I hate the Gibson Grabber's neck. I was wondering if it would be possible to use a Fender Jazz neck instead. This is the first Gibson bass I have ever owned so I don't know if the neck dimensions are different than a Fender's. Any help would be appreciated.

A big no on any Fender neck fitting without serious and expensive custom work to the body.
ALL of the dimensions are incompatible.

Why did you buy the body before asking?
Personally, I love everything Grabber--it was an amazing bass back when there weren't many choices beyond P or J or crap.
My friend had one that I preferred for recordings in the late '70s over my '62 Precision. Loud and aggressive tone that you could micro-manage with the sliding pickup.

Maybe find a Grabber neck and sand it down a bit to your liking?
They are thick/deep, but kinda skinny--if the trussrod can take the strain, a streamlined Grabber neck would be nice.
