Gibson Grabbers.. In White..

Here's one with the black Headstock you asked for:

It seems that things like tuners were just used the way they were available. There also were two different types of Schaller M4 tuners, one resembling Grover or Gotoh GB7. They also used M4 tuners on the RD series, I have seen them on both Artist and Standard model. Also the Victory Bass also had 3 types of tuners, Schaller BM-style (Artist, Custom, Standard), Schaller M4S (Artist, Custom) and a Gotoh M4S-style (Standard). If you look for replacement check out the Schaller site, I think there are still different M4 types available (though no Gibson logo on them of course).
 
I searched for a Grabber in white, and this thread came up. I know it's forever old, hence why the photos are all dead links. I'd love to see one. I have a red one, a fairly rough repaint job, and I could either take the time to strip it and potentially screw it up, or I could repaint over it in white, which has a smaller margin of error and would still be fairly playable even if I screwed up. So, I'm debating.
