Not to derail but that burst over white is apparently for sale........with the decimal place moved to the right by four digits.
Lol. Who new Jeff Spicoli would help to get the biggest drug dealer busted.
It ended up catching on fire later on I hope.
I'll probably catch some flack for this, but whatever. That bass has some serious mojo radiating off of it, looks seriously awesome. But I would personally never buy a bass with that much use on it even for the history of the bass. I'd prefer to get a brand new bass, play the hell out of it for 30 years and put my own mojo on it. IMO yada yada.
But seriously, I bet that bass sounds so juicy....

Why do people think that pictures of instruments on album covers (or as seen in videos) have even the slightest thing to do with what is heard on the album? For that mater, same could be said of the musicians on album covers, particularly "back in the day".

I played with a dude the other day that's been playing since the 50's and he was playing on an early 70s gibson led paul triumph bass that he bought new. Not in super great shape but worn in all the right spots and sounded pretty great. Cool guy too, got to hear what the music scene was like for every decade over the last 60 years. Bass was super heavy too. Anyway, cool story and and it's cool to get to hear about stuff like this and see these amazing pieces.

2) Funny enough I know a dude whose dad was one of the Trashman and was playing drums for them when they tour europe a few years back

Im sending him a new case for it this this week, as he currently has it in a early-mid 2000's hard shell. Which I think suck and so does he. He mentioned wanting a square case with better latches and I happen to have the perfect one laying around.
