Double Bass GK 200MB Combo Speaker Disassembly?

Hi, I have an old GK 200MB combo and the speaker need to be repaired.
I think I'm missing here something but I can't figure out how to disassemble the cabinet and take the speaker out?
If someone here knows the secret, please let me know.
I made a short video with this issue.

What about angling the speaker so that one (left or right) side it at the front and the opposite side close to the back, magnet in one back corner.

Remember some mathematics? Phythagoras and triangle? Let the cab be the orthogonal sides and the front of the speaker the hypothenuse which is always longer than each of the orthogonal sides.

I tried any possible angle but I can't get the speaker out...

Thanks I found how to disassemble the cabinet, I was needed to use lots of force to open those old joints..

Hi, sorry I'm just seeing this thread now. I went through this years ago, and TB member F Deck helped me in this thread:

And yes, you really have to pull the whole thing apart like that.

The whole thread is probably worth a read. From the picture, you maybe have the same problem with the foam surround rotting out? In that case, you might be able to replace the surround yourself, as I did.

All you need to do is take the side off. DM me and I'll send you a link to pics. I've fixed a few of these. You need to make sure that the seals are airtight when you put it back together or the thing is going to rattle like crazy.
Both of mine rattle on the open D string. Using an HPF helps but the rattle is still there.
