Oh right, I forgot. I already pulled the speaker and lined the cab with poly sheet using 3m adhesive spray. That kills the boom (low mids bump) that these amps exhibit unlined. It is a much better sounding amp that way.

The poly sheet would be very easy to remove, but really, you would just put it back in :D

Does this model work mbp powered cabs?

With that extra insulation, if you use ANY kind of gain boost (I used a Barber Deep Fryer set for Stun, personally) before the Input, you'll get what most solid-state combos call 300 watts' worth of sound, with that GK tone intact.
That said, let me know what shipping to 06516 would be, or if you need anything in trade!

I am located in the pacific northwest, about an hour east of Portland. I used the quilting sheet material available at Wally World.

Follow the fat ladies to fabrics... In my local WW it is the far back right corner. The veritible hinterlands of Waltonville... Sam the man trained 'em to roll the stuff tight and somehow wedge that 2 lb bologna into a 1 lb bag... The coefficient of expansion when you penetrate the plastic barrier is ...impressive... 3m spray adhesive to complete the ensemble. And yeah... It really improve the cabinet voicing.
