GK MB200 owners: contour switch on or off?

I never use a contour switch on any amp I've owned. It's just another word for " scoop ", a sound I don't care for.

The switch is mislabeled. Should say subwoofer.Was playing with my 200 today with various cabs. Not one sounded right with the switch engaged. Good little head though when you need a little head.

contour switch = mid scoop = slap switch. the same as on the gk 400rb - sounds great...

Leave mine off. Play a p bass through A gk Neo 4-10. Use it as a slap/solo switch.
