So I may break the "there's no such thing as a dumb question " rule. Can I run a 4 ohm cab thru the woofler and 8ohm cab thru the tweeter?? If so do you need to plug it any special way? I do not have the amp or a manual but I'm considering one.

The 50watt tweeter amp won't power a whole cab. It's there for a tweeter horn. You can do it, but it won't sound good.
