Glarry bass guitars

I broke my ALL Fender and all short scale rule and bought one of the new Glarry basses with upgraded nut, Wilkinson pickups, upgraded strings and maple fretboard.. I bought their three color sunburst. I really wanted a sunburst finish and maple fretboard in a bass and I wanted to spend $300 so the Glarry fit the bill. Perfect finish on both body and neck . Seems like this will be my one standard length neck bass and my one one all maple neck bass. I played with a really good guitar player in high school who played a Fender Telecaster with a maple fret board and the look has always intrigued me. I wanted to have a lower price bass to justify adding to my current 3 bass collection but alas even at $164 postpaid my wife still asked me why I needed so many basses and couldn't I sell one and said, well, no. So far it plays well and it is a really pretty bass

I just got the glarry ib with pj in natural. It's really a nice looking decent playing and sounding bass. I see them for about $130 with resellers with good reviews. I see what looks like the same bass without label for 80 online. When mine popped up close for 80 so I could try it I ran. It needed more setup but it dialed in nice. It is light. Crazy light. Even with that long horn it needs a grippy strap. The heir apparent to the sx?
