Good Bass Starter Kit?

Hello i am new to the bass world. I have been playing ukulele for about a 5 years and ive gotten pretty good. Ive recently decided to learn how to play bass. I was looking at bass starter kits (the ones with a bass, amp, and lead...cheap i know but good for a budget xD) i was looking at this one
Amazon.com: Squier by Fender Stop Dreaming-Start Playing Set: Affinity P Bass w/ Rumble 15 Amp, Black: Musical Instruments

is this a decent one (i know none of them are going to be GREAT but im just looking for something to star on) or is there a better pack i can get?

I think its OK. I play one (affinity) and have been playing bass for over 20 years. A lot of people are gonna tell you save some more scratch and get a VM(vintage modified) squier. I would buy the bass seperately though and score a used amp local if I were you. That's with whatever bass you buy. Check out Yamaha as well. I own an Ibanez but would stay away from anything under the SR300. Thats what i own and am very happy with it. Go to your local store and play a bunch of different basses. They usually have a good selection of entry level basses.
