The building we rehearse in had a sewer line break! :help: Our room is the main room of a recording studio at the end of a multi-use office building. The studio itself was just finished being built in january... It was pretty gross to know that most of the inner drywall and Auralex sheeting sucked up the muck. You cant see it from the interior, but wow.. it's definitely there. :spit:

We actually lucked out. 3 other units in the building had to be completely gutted. The studio lobby and bathroom will need to have some flooring and a couple of walls replaced, the control room needs new flooring, but nothing in the room we used was damaged! The landlord is actually on point, things are being fixed rapidly... kinda gnarly though.. raw sewage.. yuck!

Its a private studio that was recently built by the booking agency that does our booking. Its not a bunch of practice rooms or anything, we rent out the main room to rehearse in.
