Anyone notice the Jack Casady during Hey Jude?
Jeff Lynne played on a couple of songs he sang along with someone else. If you are talking about the other guitar player in the house band that was Steve Lukather.BTW - That was Jeff Lynn playing guitar (I think). Anyone catch the lip sync oops during the reprise of With a Little Help while Ringo was doing his Jumping Jacks with the mic over his head and his voice singing lead on that chorus? Pretty funny

I just read on some Googled sites that the house band bass player is Don Was who also was the band director. (edit- I should have read this whole thread first seeing that it was already mentioned about Don Was).Guild Starfire perhaps?
I'm curious who the bass player is in the house band?
I do see Peter Frampton on guitar and Kenny Aronoff on drums.
I wonder if Ed took up the bass after this brief instructional by Paul...

He also used to play a Guild M-85.As for Paul's bass player when Macca was playing piano? That's Brian Ray, and he was the one playing the Jack Casady bass. I think he's been playing that for at least a couple of years now. He used to play an SG Bass or an EB-3 before that. But I prefer his sound on the Casady.
