I like to record WAV sound clips of my basses when selling them, or just for fun ... and I've always used my Roland VS800, then taken a stereo line out into my sound card to record them to computer.
This week a lightbulb went off in my mind and I realized all I really needed to do was convert my signal to stereo so it'll come out of both speakers .... so I plugged into the cafe walter and used the headphone out into my soundblaster sound card.
Sounds SO much better than the VS880, with way less noise, and its a whole lot simpler as well.
Love that little box
