Hello to all bass players. My name is Morten. I started playing bass in 1976, when someone took over my drummers seat during a sick leave, and have never looked back. Some of you guys may figure that i am an old fart, and that is true. Old farts may smell bad, but can play nice.
My first bass was a defretted fender jazz. At the moment I'm playing an Aria pII 5string fretted, a squier fretless 4 string and then this new thing that is the reason I joined. I really could use some help in identifying this mystery bass, so I'll post a thread in basses (BG). I have gathered a lot of useful info on these pages before, and hope to do so again. Maybe I can even pay back by sharing some info.
Besides playing bass and holding a day-job I also fool around in my homestudio.
