Thought I'd join up, this seems like a great place to burn some time every once and a while, and a great resource for information...
Been "playing bass" (I'll use this term loosely) on and off about 20+ years, also play acoustic, drums, and know a few mando chords. Oh, and I play a uke every so often to drive my wife nuts.
I've been in a few bands, never got that good, but have a lot of fun. Lately I'm back playing with the same guys from my first high school band, doing originals. Great fun!
