Sorry to make yet another thread about this cabinet, but I figured that just bumping another one of the myriad of threads about it would be pointless as it would probably go unnoticed.
I bought one of these off of a really nice gentleman earlier this week. He also had an Eden 2x10 for sale that I would have probably bought too - for it would have paired nicely with my D115
- but I just ordered a Carvin, so I know I better curb my spending for a while. 
I tried this thing out on a gig last night, and I must say that I was quite impressed. I had only played it in the seller's garage, which obviously is not the most acoustically ideal environment. I paired it up with an Aggie S410 for the gig last night. During setup, I just plugged in the GS112 to get a good feel of its tone and how much power it can handle before daisy-chaining both cabs. Wow! I wouldn't play it by itself in a large room with no PA support, but this thing can take a lot of juice. I had a QSC PLX1602 bridged into it and there was no sign of it clipping, even when I hit an open B.
Even though I had FOH support last night, I wanted to try out the GS112 with the S410. While the GS112 is not quite as wide as the S410, it actually sits quite comfortably on top. The GS112 fits perfectly between the plastic corners of the 4x10. Perhaps my priorites are screwed up, but I like cabs to look like they belong being part of the same rig. From a sound perspective, both cabs complement each other nicely. The more aggressive and mid-forward S410 handles the bulk of the punch while the GS112 adds a nice low-end presence without getting woofy or muddy. At the beginning of the night, the GS112 seemed to be a pretty mellow cab, but later in the night, I noticed that it actually had some serious bark to it.
I don't think I've been as pleased with a cab purchase as when I first bought my two S410s. I definitely want to finish my Eden rig, but I think I've come to the conclusion that I'm an Aguilar guy...at least when it comes to cabs. I haven't tried any of their heads/preamps. I have a gig on Friday without FOH support. I'm thinking of using the same setup. I think the GS112 will add the presence I need. I have two gigs with FOH on Saturday and Sunday. We run low stage volume there and the FOH isn't overly loud, so I'm wondering if I can just get away with just the 12. Hmm...
