It varies, my housemate Brian for one (who loves prog and hard rock) actually watched a Dead Kennedy's documentary DVD with me (which was HILARIOUS, especially the part about Jello Biafra running for mayor of SF) and he was in stitches! Others think I'm nuts, but another bass playing buddy of mine (a huge jazz fan who also digs prog) laughs his ass off to punk, especially if it's the DK's!

You know that cheesy ballad 'More Than Words' by Extreme? I love that song. The vocal harmonies are unbelievable. I also like the song 'I Remember You' by Skid Row. Sometimes I'm just in the mood for ballads. Thankfully not often.
