Guitar through Fender Rumble 200 Combo

I play bass and guitar. Blues and Jazz. I was wondering if anyone was using this amp to play their Strat through.

I regularly play my guitars through my Rumble 500. Mind you, it's just for noodling around, not in a live setting in front of people. But, sounds pretty good.

Thanks for the quick response. I have a chance to buy a like new Rumble 200 combo for $375. He says he bought for his wife and never used it. She had it for about a year collecting dust.
Is that a good deal?

I am not only play strat on my previous rumble 200/150 combo, I also play my keyboard and digital drum with it through Aux in.
Sound nice .

$375's a little high (I think they retail for $400 or $450 new), but not bad.

At least one designer, restricts bass amps to lower frequencies. At one time fender amps were highly desired by guitar players. Find a Maven Peele bass amp, Dave Zimmerman the designer, made his bass amps with a broader frequency than his guitar amps.

I looked up a NEW one at Guitar Center and Sweetwater and they both lists the price at $499.00+ tax.
The one I bought for $375 is like new and has never been played. Bought it for his wife that decided she couldn't play bass. Never left their house. So I thought this was a pretty good buy. Very happy with it. Great Amp. Jazz guitar sounds really good going through it.

Bass amps generally sound just fine on guitar, especially ones with a deliberately less refined sound like Fender's seem to have, and especially for Jazz guitar. Just don't be blasting any distortion through a tweeter!
