Hand-made guitar stand finally up on the wall!

AutoCAD LT is versatile for small projects, and not so expensive if you need to purchase your own copy. You can get it for under $500 US if you use it for business (I have no connection with the company). It has amazing power....compared to the programs I learned on! In any event, congrats to our young friend Woody, and I hope you carry on with woodworking. Well done.

Thanks for all the kind words. About the frame, it was pretty much the only place in the room I could have put it (only one brick wall, didn't want to risk holding two of my most prized possessions up via plasterboard alone). It's a shame because it's my uncle's collection of Michael Jackson gig tickets back from the 90s, he used to have this room. Might put it somewhere else when I have time.

Unfortunately I won't be carrying on with DT at school, so anything else I do will have to be done myself. That means I might be buying a lot of woodworking equipment :P

I might do that because it'll give me a nice base of experience to build my own guitars in the future. Nothing better than owning your own guitar I think!

Woody
