When Christian was in high school and playing in the high school jazz band, one of his schoolmates who also played in the same jazz band was none other than Joey DeFrancesco.
That must have been one heck of a HS jazz band! I would have paid big bucks to see that HS band!

He has a show on Sirius where he interviews other players. The one with Ray Parker Jr was very good.
