I didn't hear a single note of "Sex Machine" (presuming they're talking about the James Brown hit) and that was "Lopsy Lu", not "School Days" ...but I still enjoyed that immensely. Certainly moreso than any of the SMV clips I've ever heard.
It must've been such a gas for Stanley to share the stage with one of the godfather icons of electric bass!

They were playing the Sly and Family Stone version which came out around 1967 or so.
