Hey Guys! I use a Peavey T-40 with Hartke gear and its one of the more unique gear combinations on my local music scene here in Arizona. I just had band practice yesterday on Sunday, and my amp was performing spectacularly as it always has. However, plugging it in today I noticed that my Solid State preamp is extremely quiet. I have to turn the Preamp and Master volume all the way up and I can barely hear anything. My Tube preamp runs normally, but I worry about it failing too. This Hartke amp is the best amp I have had so far, and I would really hate for it to get worse. Does anybody have an idea on causes or possible solutions? I understand the mechanics of these amps, but It is just theoretical knowledge, and I doubt I could fix it myself.
