So in the market to get some new cabs. Right now i'm using an old peavey 2x15 which i love alot. has nice tight punchy low end,the high and mid range is really clean cuts through. But unfortunately its not mine which leads me to trying to get more insight on these two cabs. I'm really looking for a good solid cab that has great mid range attack and cut through with tight low end. There isn't anywhere close to where i live that has both or really either cab otherwise i would go test them myself so please any insight would be nice.

Btw the head im using is TC RH450.

Why not look for a Peavey 2x15 like the one you use and like? It is a Peavey so second hand, it'll be less expensive than either the Hartke or the TC.
I havnt had much luck finding one in as good as condition as the one im using. I was also looking for something new or barely used that way i know the speakers are still in good condition.

Well, if the Peavey cab you're using is not available to you and is not for sale, but you like the way it sounds, you should really do some leg work and try to find another one. As was said, it's a Peavey, so there's bound to be a few in decent shape floating around and available. Having said that, normally, I'd say that getting cabs designed to work with your amp would be the way to go, which would lead me to recommend TC cabs; HOWEVER, I own and have played thru the HyDrive 410 and it's a great cab! I bought mine used and it was pretty inexpensive. Although I love my GK NEO 212s, I will probably buy another HyDrive so I can switch between 2x410 and 2x212, depending on what I feel like the gig requires...

I say HyDrive if you can't get another Peavey 215. Good luck, my man!
