Hartke LH1000 Fuse keeps on breaking

I've had my Hartke LH1000 for a little over two years now and I've had to replace the tube about four times already. I don't know if many something is wrong with the amp itself as I am 100% sure I'm buying the correct tubes. It also seems to happen out of know as this morning I was playing and decided to crank the volume a bit and it busted on me, mind you this tube was put in less than a week ago. At this point its starting to get really frustrating especially since I am a gigging musician that has to deal with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My bad, I put in the title that its the fuse but its the tube that keeps on messing up

When one component repeatedly fails, something else is amiss. Time to take it to a qualified tech.

There is a fuse under the plastic door where the power cord plugs in. But if you have a band member who thinks he knows best like I do. He may have switched it from 120 to 240. It will wreak havoc on your amp.

I had mine repaired by my other friend, who does electronic repairs. He is up here in Sacramento California area.

Voltage regulators are bad on one side of the amp or both. Mine was blown on the left side only
