HARTKE LH1000 Trouble

So I use a Hartke LH100 and it has been a gem for the past nearly 4 years I've had it. I used it at a gig this past saturday and noticed the occasional brief drop out but chalked it up to my wireless rig being funky.

Last night I used it and it had no sound output whatsoever. So, I swapped speaker cables and changed everything out: cables, bass, cabinet, power outlet, etc. Still no sound. Everything lights up and comes on just fine like it should I just get no sound.

Any ideas on this? It's a hybrid amp so I am wondering if by chance the tube blew on me or something. I've never had that happen so I don't know if that could even remotely be the issue.

I would start with the tube but I am not an expert. The top pops off with a dozen or so screws on top. Then the tube is in the front left quadrant. it's a 12ax7.
Also, you could try one side at a time in UN-bridged mode. One bad amp will shut the whole head down in bridged mode.

I don't run it in bridged mode but I'll give it a shot.

Update: It was in bridge mode somehow. Tried all 4 outputs. None worked. The power is set to 120 on the switch. Not sure if that'd have anything to do with it.

Great, Just try one side at a time. then tube next. I have also heard that bad fans may cause it to go into protection mode. I am not positive that it's true but makes sense to me.
Also: Samson Tech is very good at replying to emails so try that too.

Fan is spinning fine. Just checked. Thank you btw, Funk. I have touring gigs coming up in two weeks with a new band and don't want to have to borrow or rent an amp if I can avoid it.

I believe there are more than one fans IIRC. Best of luck getting it sorted out. I've seen more than one preamp tube go bad on these. Not putting them down because every tube has a life span.
Also, The filter on the front (Near power switch) should be cleaned periodically. It could block the air flow. I hope some more folks will chime in with ideas to help get you squared away.

Hope it’s just a tube but if not, Hartke support is very responsive and helpful.
