Hartke LH500 wattage/impedence question.

I just went through the manual and it doesn't specify what kind of wattage the amp pushes if you have two 8 ohm cabs plugged in independently into the two 8 ohm outputs. Does using both outputs turn it into a 4 ohm load somehow? Or is it still considered an 8 ohm load at 350 watts?

Yes its 4 ohms since that is a mono amplifier right?

The LH1000 is the one with the two power sections right?

Yes, the 500 is mono. So both outputs being used turns it into a 4 ohm load and I'm getting the full 500 watts, huh? This thing is pretty damn load, and I don't see myself turning it up past noon too often.

Yeah I love that amp, I got to try one with the 410 and 115 Hydrive cabs and I couldn't get the volume up past 3 without the store shaking. Its a great amp, I may just have to get one in the future.
