Power amp tube???
The first step is to verify that it’s not the speaker or speaker cable or the bass/cable itself. Then, try jumping the preamp out to power amp in jacks.

Yeah all cabling, cab and bass working fine with my Warwick set up. I have ran a pre amp directly into the power amp in and it's working but the hartke preamp out is not working so issue obviously now in the preamp side. New tube in it somcan rule that out anyway. Whats next?
If the DI output is working good that kind of says the preamp is working....depending where they pick off the DI signal.
Take the pre amp out put and connect it to another amps input, start with that amps level turned down.

The normal on the headphone out jack could be dirty. If it does not "normal) when nothing plugged into it, it will kill the audio to the amplifier section.
