Has anyone ever used the site Etsy?

I've been looking at an item on that site, but kinda reluctant since I don't normally use eBay, Craigslist, etc...have you guys had any experience with Etsy before? Is it reliable? The seller I'm looking at has but two reviews, which are positive.

I buy stuff offered on the site results often, but it's always different sellers...and I always look for at least favorable feedback when the count is low...I think Etsy is a little better than EBay these days, and I like the idea of supporting small business / artisans.

My girlfriend drops way too much money on that site. She's ordered many things over the years, with no issues whatsoever. I guess I could complain, but it helps justify things when I spend way too much here......
