Have you ever noticed that there are almost always more used cabs for sale than amps in the classified section? On any typical day, I would say there are about four times as many cab ads as amp ads. Do you think this means TB'rs are happier with their amps than their cabs? I think cabs are the biggest limitation to bass players live sound. What do you think?

I think that There's a bigger difference between cabs than amps, but without a doubt a given player's talent and technique are their greatest limitation. Gear is a distant second place. It's just that it's the easiest to improve.
