Headphone adapter for AFTER the amp?

Countryman DI through to the Raven..

Dumb idea.. putting your amp at risk.

Studio mixer will work better.. or Bass pod... or amplug.. or just about anytying.

You're box attenuated the signal perfectly but the sound was not that rich and very strident with both an SWR SM400 and a LMII
Could this be a headphone impedance issue or is this as good as it gets?
Just confused as even an inexpensive PA mixer sounded better

The complex analogue filter circuits in a full scale mother load are very good at smoothly curtailing frequencies that are normally produced at far lower levels by actual speakers also there is a resonance control for fine tuning of speaker resonance and to simulate some of the effects of back emf.
Its a work of great art by the Ex Deaf Lepard sound crew guys rick and dave, Rick being god of passive analogue filter design really helps this tool to be the best of its type without a shadow of a doubt on this planet.

PS get a fabulous all tube amp or you will just be insulting the full scale motherloads ability really.
