Are those cobalt flats I see? Groove on! I can imagine they sound as good as they look on that bass

I see that Vaccaro cheaped out and used Gotoh GB-7 tuning keys instead of the Schaller M4 tuning keys that Kramer did.

It's true! But my nearly-twenty-years-old Vaccaro stays in tune perfectly, regardless... and its tuners are not half-broken with a slippage spot, like one of my 1981 Kramer's Schaller machines...

Yeah, I have noted the slipping, well really, lots of backlash on the Schallers. I prefer Hopshot Ultralites tuning keys.
