hey guys! my names claire, im from texas and i've been playing bass secondary to guitar for about 6 years now. my living situation doesn't take well to a loud bass amp, so i mainly play with an ampeg emulation. i have a squier precision bass in a cool limited edition sonic blue, 60's style with a matching headstock. sounds amazing with no mods, and i love it! i've been thinking of building a new jazz bass, however, as i've just enrolled in college and am getting a music degree, specialized in bass.
some fun things about me: i really enjoy cooking, and actually later today i'm making butter chicken with my bf :]. i like coding, mainly in c++ but i am learning python. me and my best friend ethan are building a guitar amp out of a PA system we "found" at our high school.
my current favorite bands are The Smashing Pumpkins [Gish is their best work imho], Radiohead, Masayoshi Takanaka, and Pinback.
