hey everyone, names vince. im obviously new to this website. a little history about myself, i started playing guitar when i was about 10, did that for a few years then got kinda over it and switched to drums. got really really into drums and ended up starting my own custom company for drums. then about a year ago i felt like getting back into a stringed instrument but not guitar, so i picked up a cheap cheap cheap pos bass. played it alot then decided to get a used ibanez i saw at guitar center for not that much money. they have a 30 day return policy and it just so happened that right before my 30 days was up they had a nice brand new sr500t for discount so i returned my previous ibanez and picked that one up. then a couple months ago i started playing a friends warwick thumb 5 NT, and i must say. I WANT hahaha. hopefully im gunna try and sell my ibanez for a decent price, sell some more drum kits, and hopefully get a 5 string warwick. i might settle for the time being for a nice 5 string corvette thats at my local guitar center for pretty cheap. just gotta wait and see. i just found this fourm and im hoping that i can learn from here. learn some better technique and more style's, and just more knowledge of playing bass. if you see me around on here, say hi.

Sorry to hear about all your problems with guitars and drums, but thank heavens it all got better recently. 
some will look at it as problems, other's will look at it as growing. i still love drums very much and i love building them for my current job. just lately im into playing bass more then anything.
Welcome, archer! I think it's great for drummers to learn bass and bassists to learn drums. Helps build the rhythm-section lock that's so important if you understand what the other guy is doing.

im not normally so "fast moving" it just so happened that i joined right before i bought my warwick. lol iv been thinking about getting a warwick for a while and i just so happend to get one right after i said i would on here. it wasnt a impulse buy or anything lol.
Nothing wrong with impulse buys, I knew a guy once who LOVED those 30 day policies. Id see him with a new axe just about every month trying out all kindsa stuff.
