Hello fellow Music addicts

Hi there fellow music addicts,
I joined today, after reading several post the last couples of weeks.
I love this site and all the info and amusement one can find here.

After 15 years of not making music i joined a rock/metal band at the end of last year.
The had the need for a bass player with a down tuned guitar or one with the 5-string, because of the material all ready at hand.
I like challenges and not switching tuning so i bought a cheap 5-string and started playing again.
My latest toy is a Höfner Shorty which has a damn fat sound and can also easily be handled by my youngest daughter.

Welcome! Playing again is fun, especially finding out about all the gear that's available and learning techniques. Don't neglect to invest in earplugs or other ear protection like IEM'S.
