I have been playing for just over a year now. I play Bass in my church after being the Djembe player for two years prior. I was a drummer for over 22 years before turning to Bass Guitar last year when the search for a Bassist for our music worship team had no luck finding one. I spend most of my time learning slapping techniques and focussing on the funk genre. I have been a regular reader of this forum for about year now and am now finally taking time out to contribute monetarily to help support its upkeep. I appreciate all of the great advise here and look forward to start contributing my thoughts as well to the different forums. Thanks to all.
