Hello From South Carolina

Hi. I joined the forum awhile back but have never posted. I am a guitarist who is getting ready to double on bass. The only bass I have at the moment is a $100 Glarry that plays amazingly. I bought a custom control panel with new knobs, pots, etc and a set of Seymour Duncan Heavy Weather pickups for it. So that should turn it into a great bass. I am surprised they sell these for a hundred bucks. Mine plays very smooth and there is zero fret sprout. The edges are smooth up and down the neck. I am getting ready to buy a Squier Classic Vibe 60s Precision Bass. I love a P bass and the 60s model looks sweet. I have played a 70s Classic Vibe and loved it but I like the look of the 60s better. I’m getting it in olympic white. I am on all the guitar forums and hope to become a good contributor to this forum as I am in the others. If a moderator sees this post. Would it be possible to change my user name? I would like it to match the other forums so people here will recognize me.
