I've enjoyed reading some of the threads on here recently, particularly those about Genz Benz and Cliff Burton.
I've been playing since 1987 and nowadays divide my time between playing acoustic bass in an acoustic pop band and electric bass in a rock band.
I prefer five strings, though I've got a few fours and a six too.
