HELP!! for Laguna LB524SM

I was recently given a Laguna LB524SM as a gift when I started learning. No case and no manual (grrrr....). I learned that the 5 knobs are for: Volume (overall); Balance (pickups); Bass; Mid; Treble. I have not however been able to determine with certainty which knob does what. My ears aren't quite that sharp anymore (old age), and I'm spending a lot of time blindly adjusting without getting anywhere.

Can somebody kindly help with a manual or scribbled diagram?
