well i got my GK 700RB-II about 2 or less weeks ago. everything is fine, except when i turn the input pot, i get a pop right after the start( if looking at a real clock, its about at 8 0'clock) should i even bother with having GK fix it, or could it be a sign of a bad pot (god forbide the pre-) or is it possible it could be dusty!?keep in mind its brand new, came from RMC audio.com and was double boxed for shipping? also, this pop is barely after the start position and i have it set much higher anyway...
by the way, how does GK handle warranty claims? do u have to pay to mail it back in, or can u take it to an authorized service center with their authorization?
thanks
