I'm trying to learn a bunch of new songs to record, and they are very synth, bass, and low piano driven recordings. It is almost impossible to hear the exact articulations in the bass, the way it is mixed. I tried to find a song that is similarly dense as an example. But the song I linked isn't nealy as bad to hear the articulations as what I'm dealing with. I'm just looking for an answer like "Cut 6K-8K" or an answer of that nature, to hear the attack better basically through a really thick demo mix.
