Help Identify Bridge on Old Modulus Q5 pls

I have a 1993 Modulus Quantum 5, can anyone identify what kind of bridge it has? Would it be possible to replace it with something newer like a Hipshot? Thanks!

That's an old Wilkinson bridge. I've never replaced one myself so I can't speak from experience, but a Babicz bridge is a very popular replacement for it because it has the same footprint.
