Help identifying P Bass year

Thanks! I didn't think it was custom but thought he may have known about the mark. I appreciate your comment to not look further on that thread. Is there a way to tell a 1970's neck from another as anybody can change tuners, right? The biggest thing I've noticed in my early travels here in vintage land is that late 60's were all C width C necks, whereas the 69's started with the A and B widths, right? But as far as dating my neck, it's rather hard as all that is left is the logo, right?

I have the same stamp on my 73 or 74 P-Bass Neck!! i was looking for someone else that had the same stamp! so, we are helping each other...also, my Bass Body Has The Thumb Rest On The Treble side (Below The Stings)
