Help identifying this bass model

Anybody have any clue what model of Fender this is? Can't quite make out the headstock.

That's Kevin Baldes from the band Lit. Check out his explanation in the Instagram post. Kevin and Lit guitarist Jeremy Popoff were Fender artists for years (not sure if they still are), and have owned/played a bunch of Fender Custom Shop instruments.
